This is a Weighstation Electronic Platform Scale, also known as the Vogue F177 or similar model number depending on the capacity. It has a stainless steel, removable platform for easy cleaning. It is excellent for commercial use or in any kitchen for weighing accuracy. The scales can be powered by either a mains adapter or batteries (not included). Features include a clear digital display and touch button controls. Has been used only a couple of times and still has the plastic covering, so nearly new. NISBETT selling for around £150-£199.
