This is an adorable vintage - but New with Tags - "Cut Apart Heart" ceramic cookie mold by Brown Bag Cookie Art. From hill Design, dated 1995. This is to make shortbread cookies - you press your dough into the mold, then tap it on the counter to unmold for baking. This design has cutting lines to divide into four cookies. The mold is five inches square, and each cookie "cut apart" is about 2" square. Made in the USA.
