Cinnamon sugar is a mixture of ground cinnamon and Granulated sugar used as a spice to flavour foods such as waffles, cookies, tortillas, cakes, French toast, and churros. It is also used to flavour apples, cereals, and other fruits, or simply just in your tea or coffee to give it that lovely Cinnamon taste.
