It has two sets of scales. There's a large platform for weighing bigger quantities of general dry and liquid ingredients - up to 5 kilograms or 5 litres at a resolution of 1g. There's also a small, ultra-precise set - up to 500g at a resolution of 0.01g, perfect for weighing spices and other lighter ingredients.
