Renshaw Extra ready to roll icing is Extra Firm and Extra Elastic to ensure your cakes are covered to perfection whatever the depth of shape. The firmer texture with more elasticity lends itself well to talker and deeper cakes. Produces a satin like effect to give cakes a professional finish. Also suitable for basic modelling. This icing is white in colour and marshmallow in flavour. Perfect for Christmas themed cakes or wedding cakes. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once open, wrap unused paste in cling film.
