Icing sheets work very well with white sugarpaste (also known as ready rolled icing & fondant). Royal Icing, Buttercream, Fresh Cream and Chocolate can also be used. The icing can be cut very easily before removing from the backing sheet using either a scalpel or clean dry scissors.
