Simply add 150ml of cooled, boiled water for every 100g of the mix and beat until smooth. Once mixed, Flexi-Ice is perfect for piping and stencilling on cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
Once made, its unique texture makes it so easy to decorate with - simply cut the paste with scissors or a pizza wheel and fold into shape.
