A traditional peppery spiced scotch pie mix
Add 50g pie seasoning to 850g mince, 200g rusk and mix until combined.
Add 900ml water and mix thoroughly, the mixture should be very wet.
leave to stand for 20 minutes until the mixture firms up.
Fill into pie shells and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
