My main concern is that I was asked to pay extra for a service that has not been performed, namely the removal of an old oven from my property. The delivery team informed me this had not happened, but unfortunately they could not provide any proof of payment, leaving me with no recourse.

I have made two phone calls to the seller requesting a refund due to the outstanding issue and despite their promises, I still do not see any response or resolution.
