When substituting LorAnn flavours for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. Whilst this flavouring is nut flavoured, it is not an essential oil or an extract, and is manufactured without the presence of nuts, and is suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
