Simply knead the sugarpaste, and roll to your desired thickness. Lay your impression mat on your fondant, roll over this lightly once more, and then peel the mat away! Alternatively, if you want only a lightly impressed design, use a cake smoother to run over the mat instead of a rolling pin.
