The vendor's attention to detail was lacking when it came to the bride's wedding dress. The handwriting on her name tag was unrecognizable and seemed to have been scribbled hastily. The overall look just didn't match the wedding party.

When I tried to contact them to return the item, they were unable to accommodate my request.
