Use with fondant, sugar paste, marzipan, cookie dough (keep a separate tool for non-food/clay). ChooseSize (M&S/50, 60, 70, 80 mm) andCutter (No / Round / Scalloped). Roll fondant/sugar paste to3–4 mm, dust lightly, press straight down with even pressure, lift vertically, then cut.
