Fast Bake Function: The Fastbake function allows you to have a freshly baked loaf in under 50 minutes. Available for both 1.5lb (0.68kg/ 630g) and 2lb (0.90kg/ 907g) loaves. 1lb is possible on the 1.5lb setting for certain recipes.
