I bought this to make the bottom tier of a wedding cake but in the end I made a 10" cake. I am 76 now so I am unlikely to use this size again. It is described as a heavy duty, deep round cake pan with a double non stick coating and loose base, ideal for making fruit, sponge, occasion and celebration cakes.
