Marianna's Organic molasses syrup is a healthy and full of vitamins substitute to sugar.
Molasses syrup is used as a sweetener in confectionery in a ratio of 1:1 instead of sugar in all sweets. Apart from its delicious taste, Marianna's Petimezi adds flavour, colour and many nutrients wherever it is used.
Also used as dietary supplement for children and elderly people.
Its production begins with the harvesting of the grapes from our vineyards. These are transported to the packing plant, where they are mashed and strained in the traditional way.
