Available in 1kg and 5kg.Instructions :Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 1 / 140°C.Line a 7” round or 6” square cake tin with baking parchment.Place the dry mix into a bowl fitted with a beater.Add 250ml/8.4 fl oz of water per 1kg of cake mix.Beat on slow speed for approximately 2 minutes.Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then mix for a further 2/3 minutes on slow/medium speed, being careful not to tear the fruit.Spoon the mixture into your lined cake tin and bake in the centre of the oven.Bake for approximately 2 hours or until a skewer comes out clean. If the cake looks like it’s browning too quickly, turn down the oven temperature slightly.For larger cakes, check regularly after 2 hours until baked.
