This is in used condition fully working and tested. Comes with everything in the photos and all the attachments shown. The base does have some marks on it so please be aware but doesnt effect it what so ever. All had a quick clean as well so already to use when received. Fast postage as well. Uk plug. Does have tape on the wire thats only there to look better for photos making it neater.
