You are viewing a vintage Kenwood Chef A701 finished in Cream with Grey trim. Produced in 1960 at the original Kenwood factory in Old Woking, Surrey. This Chef comes from the very first year of production of the Sir Kenneth Grange’s classic design. The model features a Kenlyte bowl, “K” beater, Dough Hook and Balloon Whisk. As the photographs testify, the Chef is spotlessly clean but does have some imperfections commensurate with over 60 years service. The motor responds at all speed settings. The mixer has also been treated to new rubber feet to minimise vibration, allow air flow to the motor and preserve kitchen surfaces. This is a lovely example and would make a nostalgic present or a stylish kitchen work horse. Happy to post worldwide.
