Kithul Jaggery is made with sap collected from the flower of the Kithul tree. It is a solid sweet which can found in the shape of half a globe diagonally cut in the middle. Coconut shells are used as moulds into which the jaggery palm flower sap boiled beyond the point of treacle is poured to cool off and solidify.
