The marzipan is perfect to cover a cake. For a cake of Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm you need approx. 500 gram marzipan. Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
The FunCakes marzipan can be mixed with other colours to create your own favourite colour or colour it with food colouring.
