If you wet the front of the icing or wafer the colours will run. All Icing and Wafer Paper Cake Toppers, Cupcake Toppers and Décor are vegan, gluten free, dairy free and nut free. Wafer paper is also more translucent than icing and the colours will appear lighter and less vivid.
