ECO FRIENDLY & SUSTAINABLE - Our bannetons are made using compressed pulped wood fibre from managed spruce forests in Germany & the EU, this means they have a much smaller environmental footprint than Indonesian cane, are much stronger and longer lasting.
LARGE CAPACITY - These banneton can take between 500g & 750g of dough, although they can be used with less if required. TO USE: Dust your banneton with flour to avoid the dough from sticking before putting the dough in to prove,. When you are ready to bake, tip out onto your surface (baking sheet, peel etc) before scoring and baking. Please leave your banneton to dry in a clean environment before its next use.
