This collection consists of a 12 hole Eclair tray and two 12 hole Madeleine baking trays, all made from heavy carbon steel. The carbon steel material ensures even heat distribution and durability, allowing for consistent and high-quality baking results. These baking moulds are in fantastic hardly used condition and are ideal for any home baker looking to expand their bakeware collection. See photos and video for close up condition. Unfortunately I cannot remember exactly where these were bought but I suspect that it was from Lakeland or Costco and that they were a quality make.
