Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C) / Gas Mark 7. Whisk 150ml cold water and 1 egg into the pudding mix until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes. Pour into a preheated Yorkshire pudding tray or muffin tin with hot oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until risen and golden.
