This sourdough starter is lovingly made at home in our lovely farmhouse kitchen in Bristol, England. We mix the sourdough starter in the morning, let it triple in size then air dry it in our ventilated outhouse. Allowing the mixture to triple before air drying leaves you with the maximum amount of cultures frozen in state ready to be revived at home by you. This is not a commercial product and has a long family history, unlike other sourdough starters you can purchase on amazon this contains no commercial yeast and is a truly artisan product This sourdough starter has been in our family for generations and has produced thousands of loafs over the years. We only use the best artisinal flour to produce this starter and it is packaged as soon as it has dried out.
