Not only that, it is great to flavour ice cream and use as a chocolate filling.FunCakes ready to use ganache is available in two flavours: dark chocolate and white chocolate.Each pot contains 260g of ganache.Instructions:For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to get the ganache light, airy and suitable for piping.For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or warm au bain marie to get the right consistency.For a buttercream or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes on high speed.
