This Bosch Concept 7000 is a heavy duty German engineered food mixer. The bowl has a clear bowl lid/splash guard lid with an open funnel for adding ingredients whilst the mixer is in use. Two 6 quart (5.6 litres) large capacity bowls - one is white plastic and the other is stainless steel (preparation bowl).
