Preparation 10 minutes Baking time 20-25 minutes Serves 16 All you need is: 60g butter (or 90ml vegetable oil) 2 medium free range eggs Lightly greased 9" x 9" (23cm x 23cm) square tin Only 3 steps to Brownie heaven... 1 Mix the brownie mix, butter and eggs in a large bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy). 2 Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin. 3 Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife, inserted 5cm (2") from the edge of tin come out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into slices.
