Mature cacao beans are fermented, sun dried, broken into crunchy nibs & slightly roasted for maximum flavour all done manually. In this way most of the nutrients are retained.Our Cacao nibs have a great Chocolate taste due to the great High Quality Cacao Beans selected by our suppliers to prepare the Nibs.Our cacao nibs can be used as an ingredient in baking and can be added to smoothies & milk shakes.Once opened reseal the bag tightly to retain the flavour and freshness of cacao nibs or store it in an air tight container.Each product that you buy from us make a positive difference to the livelihoods of small-scale producers & farmers.
