It will not separate or weep and does not harden. Soft Gel Paste will color: buttercream icing, royal icing, rolled fondant, gum paste, bread dough, cookie dough, cake batter, whipped toppings and icings, marzipan, macarons, pastillage, white chocolate (with addition of Flo-Coat).
