Nurifi Organic Coconut Sugar is pure and unrefined, with nothing artificial added. The sap is harvested by climbing the coconut palm and tapping its flowers. The extracted sap is heated to evaporate its water content and the resulting sugar crystals are collected then carefully sieved to remove any fibres.
