The organic sugar is made from German sugar beet from organic farming. Biozucker is a white sugar whose quality corresponds to the EU category II. Compliance with the requirements of the Bio Ordinance is checked by an independent control point. Biozucker can be used according to the same recipes as crystal sugar for the production of food. It is then particularly suitable for: confectionery, baked goods, jams and jellies, ice cream, milk products, desserts and other preparations. Durability under the conditions mentioned above keeps bio sugar its specific properties and can be stored practically indefinitely. The specification of the best-before date is for "sugar in a fixed form" according to Article 24 Food Information Ordinance (EU) no. 1169/2011 i. V. not required with its attachment X.
