Wafer Paper (also known as rice paper or potato starch paper) is the most natural type of edible paper, comprised of only potato starch, vegetable oil and water. Unlike Icing Sheets, Wafer Paper does not require a plastic backing sheet so can be fed directly into your edible printer, just like regular printing paper!
